Is it really only $99?

Yes! There is no catch and there's no bait and switch! We encourage students to get active during the summer and want to give you and your family the best opportunity to get started. Once a student gets started in classes our team will sit down with you and tell you the ways you can continue to train after your 8 weeks. If you only want to train for the Summer that's fine too!

What age groups can join your martial arts classes?

We offer classes for kids, teens, and adults of all skill levels. Our youngest students start at 3.5 and we have students all the way into their 70's! Our programs are designed to suit beginners as well as experienced practitioners.

Do I need prior experience to start training?

No, beginners are welcome! Our instructors will guide you step by step, ensuring you learn the basics before advancing to higher levels.

What should I wear for my first class?

Students should wear comfortable clothes to their evaluation class. After the evaluation they will be given a uniform they can wear in class.

How often should I train to see progress?

We recommend that students try and attend classes twice a week. During your evaluation we will go over the class options with you and make sure to pick out at least two times a week that work best for you!
